Individuals requiring immediate visual assistance may use AIRA, a service that provides visual interpreters for people with visual disabilities.

For new AIRA users:

• Download the AIRA mobile app and complete installation
• Select the information icon on the main screen once the installation is complete
• Select “Browse Other Offers”
• Choose “Northern Arizona University” from the products list
• Call AIRA to connect with a visual agent

For current AIRA users:

• Select “Free Access Offers”
• Select “Products”
• Select “Northern Arizona University”
